Plum crumble
Plums are associated with a beautiful, sunny autumn. We want to keep their sweet, juicy flavour in our memories for a long time. Adding cinnamon and crumble puts us in a great, slightly melancholic mood, recalling beautiful memories...
Ingredients:
- 10 (ca. 400g) plums
- pinch of sugar
- pinch of cinnamon
- 100g plain flour
- 80g sugar
- ca. 50g butter
- 3 tbs oats
Preparation:
Wash plums thoroughly, remove the stones and cut each one into four pieces. Put into the ramekins and press slightly. Add a pinch of sugar and cinnamon.
Sieve flour on a breadboard, add sugar, oatmeal and butter. Rub the mixture with your fingers until the crumble becomes coarse. Put the crumble on top of the plums.
Bake at 180°C degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
Enjoy!
