Chocolate oatmeal cookies
Seductive oatmeal cookies with chocolate. You can add cranberries or almonds, but I decided to make them with nuts. It is worth checking this combination of flavours.
Ingredients:
(about 15 pcs.)
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 50 g nuts
- 1 tbs butter
- 3/4 glass oatmeal
- 3/4 glass of flour
- nearly 1/4 glass of rape oil
- 1/2 glass of sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation:
Melt chocolate in water bath. Chop nuts. Process soft butter with sugar, add an egg and process until light and fluffy. Add oil, cooled chocolate and blend. Combine flour with baking powder, salt and oatmeal. Add chocolate to the mixture and stir. Add 3/4 of chopped nuts. Shape the mixture into flat cookies. The mixture will be quite sticky so use a spoon to help.
Put the rest of the nuts on top. Put the cookies on parchment paper (keep 5 cm distance between them as they expand) and bake in 180°C degrees (oven fan mode) for 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!
