Grilled oriental chicken kebabs

Oriental kebab can be a great snack, salad ingredient or a part of a main dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • orange juice from one orange
  • 1 piece of 2 cm long ginger root - finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • pinch of salt
Grilled oriental chicken kebabs

Preparation:


Wash, clean and dry chicken breast. Cut chicken fillet into halves so that you get two pieces of breast, each 1 cm thick. Cut each piece into 1 cm wide slices.

Prepare marinade in a bowl: add orange juice, olive oil, finely chopped ginger, finely chopped coriander, crushed garlic and a pinch of salt.

Add chicken to marinade, combine everything and put into the fridge for 20 minutes.

Take chicken strips out of the fridge and thread on skewers. Put as much meat on a skewer as you like.

Pre-heat barbecue, put kebabs and grill each side for 2 minutes or until nicely done.
